PRINT IN COLORS WITH JET INKS
CJP technology is very simple. A heterogeneous powder layer with a thickness of about 100 microns is spread on the printing plate and the HP heads fix the powder with colored or transparent binders, creating a solid model corresponding to the file you have chosen to make.
Features: High resolution, four-color printing speed and structural hardening that improves the mechanical characteristics

STEREOLITHOGRAPHY
A laser, thanks to a photopolymerization process, solidifies a liquid resin, composed of epoxy polymers, poured into a tank inside the machine, at the points provided by the 3D model. After removing the excess resin, the printing plate is lowered to allow the creation of a new section, until the process is completed. Subsequently the product thus obtained is inserted in an ultraviolet light oven to complete the polymerization process. Stereolithography guarantees very precise results with excellent surface finishes (but with lower mechanical properties on some materials) and is also used to make dies for silicone molds. Due to the high cost of machinery and raw materials it is still one of the most expensive techniques, but the unparalleled surface quality and the possibility of creating monolithic objects even of large dimensions (up to 75 cm) allows it to still be one of the most used.
