Sharebot 3D printers are open and offer the possibility to modify all the printing parameters, allowing the use of both classic ABS and PLA filaments and special filaments such as TPU, NYLON and NYLON CARBON.

Sharebot 42

Sharebot 42, a fourth generation professional 3D printer, uses FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) technology to create prototypes and models of high quality and precision at maximum printing speed.

 

The self-calibration system of the innovative removable magnetic printing plan allows the user to start printing as soon as the Sharebot 42 3D printer is connected to the network. Thanks to the integrated webcam and web connectivity, Sharebot 42 allows you to manage the printing process remotely with a simple interface compatible with any device.

Slicing ("slicing") is one of the main steps in the process that allows you to switch from a three-dimensional model of an object to its realization with a 3D printer. During slicing, the three-dimensional model is translated into a series of "slices" (in English it is generally translated as "layer", layer) on the horizontal planes, which will then be made one on top of the other.

 

Once the object is divided into layers, the slicer software produces a program in G-code language that will give the printer the necessary commands to build each layer; these commands concern the movements on the x and y axes, the advancement and retraction of the filament. The movement on the z axis, instead, occurs only in the passage between one layer and the next.
